HR Data Analyst
Meridian Technologies is seeking an HR Data Analyst to join their HR Technology and Analytics team. This role serves as a critical liaison between HR business partners and IT, focusing on HR data security, workforce data management, and enterprise HR reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and triage incoming data requests through Service Hub tool from across the enterprise
- Route requests to appropriate team members and fulfill data requests as needed
- Conduct daily tie-outs between Workday and the Workforce Data Hub to ensure data accuracy
- Investigate data discrepancies and ask clarifying questions (never assume)
- Support security audits for HR data access and permissions
- Write test scripts for system testing and enter transactions for testing purposes
- Support HR data integration from multiple systems (Workday, FieldGlass, MyTime, etc.)
- Assist with enterprise HR reporting needs
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems

- Experience with HR data analysis and workforce management data
