  • Manage multiple active accounts and timelines simultaneously
  • Handle setup requirements, data, and configuration details accurately
  • Partner with internal teams to keep implementations moving forward efficiently
  • Act as a project coordinator, keeping stakeholders aligned and next steps clear
  • Deliver a professional, supportive customer experience throughout onboarding

Skills

  • Experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, project coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to guide customers through structured processes
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and setup-related tasks
  • Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines at once
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Coachable, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
