Responsibilities
- Follow projects from design to completion
Skills
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or related degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related position
- 1+ year of experience in project management
- Prior experience in directing and coordinating the construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements, as well as inspecting
- Knowledge of preparing specifications for the purchase of materials and equipment
- Supervising and training project team members as necessary
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- The ability to travel with possible short-term relocation, as required
- The ability to read blueprints
- Sage Timberline, Primavera Suretrak, and Microsoft Office Suite software
- The ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, problem solve, supervise, and organize while using effective time management skills
