Job Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:

Age:

18 years or older

Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Customer Focus:

A desire to actively engage and listen to customers, providing solutions in a fast-paced environment

Empathy and Problem-Solving:

The ability to exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution

Adaptability:

The ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, applying those learnings in real-time
