The Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team as a Netflix Tagger, Disney Hiring Data Entry. As a Netflix Tagger, you will be responsible for designing and developing frameworks to handle data efficiently and demonstrating the data to enable analysis. You will work closely with business, engineering, and data science teams to empower a culture of learning and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop data pipelines to handle large-scale data processing
- Develop and maintain data models to enable data analysis and visualization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Develop and maintain high-quality code to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Scala, Python)
- Experience with SQL and data modeling
- Strong understanding of large-scale data processing and distributed systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
