Job Overview

We're seeking experienced full stack customer service agents to join our remote team. As a customer service agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to travelers, handling inbound calls, and responding to inquiries regarding flight schedules, reservations, and policies. Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer service calls and respond to inquiries regarding flight schedules, reservations, and policies - Provide accurate information and support to travelers, ensuring their experience with arenaflex is nothing short of exceptional - Assist with troubleshooting booking or technical issues, providing solutions that meet the customer's needs - Maintain a positive and professional attitude with all customer interactions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our travelers - Document interactions accurately within internal systems, providing valuable insights for process improvement

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent - Good communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support - Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate online systems, including our customer relationship management (CRM) software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines - A reliable internet connection and quiet remote work setup, ensuring a distraction-free environment for our customers

Essential Qualifications

- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote support environment - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on resolving issues and meeting customer needs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in the aviation industry or a related field - Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools - Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) - Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
