Responsibilities

As a Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in both Spanish and English. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries related to property and casualty insurance products
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on outstanding issues
  • Navigating various software systems to access customer information and process requests

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance in the relevant state(s)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in both languages
  • Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry

Nice-to-haves
