Key Responsibilities As a Remote Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner. * Addressing and resolving a wide variety of customer concerns, issues, and questions related to products and services. * Using chat platforms and support tools to track, manage, and respond to customer queries. * Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. * Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed. * Assisting customers with product troubleshooting, technical support, and navigating through company services. * Processing orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges as requested by customers. * Following company protocols and guidelines to ensure consistency and high-quality service. * Documenting and tracking customer interactions and ensuring follow-ups as needed. * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of company offerings. Experience While previous experience in a customer service or live chat support role is preferred, it's not mandatory. Working Hours As a Remote Live Chat Assistant, you'll have flexible work hours with shifts available across the day (morning, afternoon, and evening shifts).
