Your Primary Responsibilities

• Route Complex Cases to Specialists: Escalate customer issues that require higher-level action, such as processing refunds or editing account details, through our system.

Each day starts with logging into your secure dashboard, where you'll receive incoming messages based on your availability and shift settings. Our platform allows you to manage 2-4 chats at once, all in a simple tabbed browser format.
