Job Summary

As an English Customer Service Email & Chat Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional support via email and live chat. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This is a full-time position that requires constant attention, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer emails and live chat requests within 5 minutes, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues

  • Answer occasional phone calls to accept orders or answer customer questions
  • Utilize Gmail and our user-friendly company admin portal to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain a prompt and professional attitude, taking ownership of individual customer issues and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to our customers

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or email support role

  • Excellent English grammar and communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise responses
  • Proficiency with Gmail and ability to navigate our user-friendly company admin portal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Commitment to taking ownership of individual customer issues and resolving them in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the dietary supplement industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of our products and services, or a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
