Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in responding to inquiries from our clients and their customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls and making outbound follow-ups as needed, updating phone status accordingly
- Navigating multiple systems, including phone software, documentation tools, and online resources
- Maintaining clear and accurate records of calls and actions
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their customers
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
Schedule and Location
This is a temporary position requiring a 3-month commitment, with strong potential for hire. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM. While this position is primarily remote, you must be flexible and available to report on-site if needed. Our office locations include Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, and Utica.
Pay and Benefits
The pay rate for this position is $16.29/hr, with the opportunity to increase to $18.22/hr upon hire. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems, including phone software, documentation tools, and online resources
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate records of calls and actions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of medical and benefits plans
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
