Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Training Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and presentations to customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of Apple products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding small groups and individuals in learning how to use Apple products effectively, with a focus on hands-on learning and interactive engagement.
  • Facilitating training sessions and presentations to enhance customer understanding and address their specific needs.
  • Listening to customers' needs and adjusting teaching methods accordingly, ensuring a personalized and inclusive learning experience.
  • Interacting with store customers between scheduled sessions to provide assistance, answer questions, and offer support.
  • Promoting an inclusive environment by respecting differences and encouraging curiosity, fostering a culture of empathy and understanding.
  • Supporting team members by assisting with sales and other in-store services, such as setting up devices, troubleshooting issues, and providing product demonstrations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience teaching small groups: Proven ability to instruct small groups and multiple customers simultaneously, with a focus on hands-on learning and interactive engagement.
