The Role
As a Full Stack Amazon Seller Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional live chat support to Amazon sellers. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information via live chat software
- Assist customers in making informed decisions and resolve complaints effectively
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with product and service information to provide expert support
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure issues are fully resolved
### Essential Qualifications
- Device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
- Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
