About the Role: Online Operator and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Operator and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. • Customer satisfaction: Ensure replacements are approved with the customer and provide excellent customer service.

Essential Qualifications:

• A proven track record of success in a retail or customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
