About the Opportunity As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative on our Delta Airlines account, you'll be the face (or rather, the voice) of our client's organization, providing exceptional support to their customers across the globe. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing reservations and changes, providing travel information, troubleshooting and resolving issues, monitoring and responding to messages, and staying up-to-date with flight information. Core Responsibilities * Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to a high volume of customer calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues efficiently. * Manage Reservations and Changes: Process bookings, changes, and cancellations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and adhering to the client's policies and procedures. * Provide Travel Information: Offer accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements, helping customers plan their journeys. * Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams, working collaboratively to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction. * Monitor and Respond to Messages: Respond to customer messages, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner. * Stay Up-to-Date with Flight Information: Continuously monitor flight schedules, delays, and cancellations, proactively updating customers and internal stakeholders as needed. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with customers, colleagues, and management. * Strong Listening Skills: A patient and empathetic approach to understanding customer concerns and resolving issues. * Stress Resistance and Adaptability: The capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously, while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor. * Self-Motivation and Discipline: The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meeting productivity and quality standards. * Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the client's call center schedule. * Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer service software, reservation systems, and other technology used in the call center environment. * Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and experience will be highly regarded: * Previous Customer Service Experience: A background in customer-facing roles, particularly in the travel or airline industry. * Knowledge of Delta Airlines' Policies and Procedures: Familiarity with the client's products, services, and operational procedures. * Technical Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, reservation systems, and other relevant technology.
