Job Summary

As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to English and Spanish-speaking customers, processing customer orders, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Process customer orders and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections and complaints effectively
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months to 1-year customer service experience (Call Center or Phone Customer Service preferred)

• Order processing experience is required
• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
• Comfortable using computers
• Ability to stay calm with stressed or upset customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) language skills
• Previous experience in a call center or phone customer service environment
