About the Role: As a Virtual Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service, and that their needs are met in a way that exceeds their expectations.
