Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Conversational AI/Chatbot Solutions Architect to join our team of experts in developing and implementing AI-driven systems using AWS services. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying conversational AI and chatbot solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. With a strong background in AI/ML, data science, and AWS services, you'll have the expertise to leverage Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS Lambda, and AWS Connect to create seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop conversational AI and chatbot solutions using AWS services, including Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS Lambda, and AWS Connect
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, data science, and AWS services, applying this knowledge to improve existing solutions and develop new ones
- Work closely with the development team to integrate conversational AI and chatbot solutions with existing systems and applications
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless deployment and minimal downtime
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in developing IVA/chatbots, conversational AI, or similar AI-driven systems using AWS services
- Expertise in using Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS Lambda, and AWS Connect
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including natural language processing, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning
- Experience with AWS Bedrock and SageMaker is highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in developing IVA/chatbots, conversational AI, or similar AI-driven systems using AWS services
- Experience with cloud-based development, including AWS services and Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment
- Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
Skills and Competencies
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with AWS services, including Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS Lambda, and AWS Connect
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including natural language processing, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with version control systems, including Git or SVN

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- A salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
