Job Summary

As an On-site Customer Service Associate at arenaflex's Calle Blancos, San José office, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, issues, and concerns via phone, email, and chat, using a range of tools and programs to navigate our website, research accounts, and communicate solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities

* Help a variety of arenaflex customers by phone, email, and/or chat, using your excellent communication skills to resolve their inquiries, issues, and concerns.

  • Use tools and programs to navigate the website, research accounts, review options and solutions for customers, and communicate them effectively.
  • Support customers through typing, phone, and computer skills by navigating the internet and website, multiple browsers, email, social media, and instant messenger, or chat tools.
  • Actively problem-solve and innovate on behalf of customers with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome.
  • Follow detailed verbal and written instructions to ensure accuracy and efficiency in your work.
  • Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs to deliver exceptional service.
  • Opportunity to learn other areas of the business and support specialty departments as needed.

Basic Requirements

* Located in Costa Rica.

  • Over 18+ years old with a national ID or permanent resident ID (Dimex).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency required (bilingual position).
  • Strong typing, phone, and computer navigation skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

* Self-driven, motivated, and task-driven individual who can learn fast and operate with minimal support from Manager and Lead.

  • Customer service oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace.
  • Comfortable with a multi-tasking, high-energy environment.
