Position Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery for client customs initiatives.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of project professionals, providing guidance and support throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels among team members, clients, and partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and team performance.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of construction accounting ERP systems, preferably ComputerEase.
• Strong customer service and listening skills.
• Proven experience managing people and projects, with a track record of successful delivery.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and methodologies.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Info

The U.S. salary range for this position is $100,000.00-$115,000.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity. Benefits and perks listed here may vary depending on the nature of employment with Deltek.
