Key Responsibilities:

As a UChat bot developer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for configuring a bot that collects customer data and integrates with our CRM systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Configuring a UChat bot to collect customer data, including:

+ First and last name + Phone number + City + Email (optional) + Number of events attended + Telegram username

• Developing a welcome message and a series of questions to engage users and encourage them to provide their details
• Integrating the bot with our UChat CRM system to save collected data and mark users as subscribers
• Configuring the bot to send collected data to our GHL CRM system
• Ensuring that the bot is user-friendly and provides a seamless experience for customers
• Collaborating with our team to ensure that the bot meets our business requirements and is aligned with our overall strategy

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• Direct experience with UChat and Telegram bots
• Strong programming skills, with a focus on bot development and integration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with CRM systems and data integration
