Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Live Chat Team on a part-time basis. As a Live Chat Representative, you'll work from home, utilizing our cutting-edge live chat portal to engage with customers, resolve issues, and drive sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer chats in a quick and timely manner, ensuring that every customer receives a personalized experience
• Assessing customer needs via chat, engaging with questions, comments, and concerns to provide accurate and helpful responses
• Providing correct store contact information, phone number, manager name, and other relevant details when needed
• Maintaining up-to-date product and pricing knowledge to ensure accurate responses and drive sales opportunities
• Probing customers via chat engagement for sales opportunities, utilizing your skills to identify and capitalize on potential sales leads
• Maintaining good relationships with store personnel, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
• Handling customer issues or complaints in a positive and professional manner, resolving issues and turning negative experiences into positive ones
• Utilizing tools such as the arenaflex website or search engines to gather the best information for customers
• Working within the policies, procedures, and ethics established by arenaflex, ensuring compliance and upholding our company values

Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Representative, you'll need:

• General internet, web browsing, and email knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and active listening
• Ability to multi-task, handling 5-6 chats at a time with ease and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and with urgency, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
• Basic customer service skills, including conflict resolution, problem-solving, and professionalism
• Proficient typing skills, with a minimum of 30+ WPM
• Comfortable working on a computer, with a strong understanding of basic computer software and hardware
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Satisfactory work record and attendance, with a strong commitment to reliability and dependability
• Ability to work 6 days a week, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
