Work Hours:

Full-time – Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Hourly Compensation:

$17-24/hr

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

A solid educational foundation is essential for this position.

1-3 Years of Customer Service and/or HVAC Dispatcher Experience:

Previous experience in customer-facing roles or HVAC dispatching is highly desirable.

Intermediate Knowledge of Concepts, Practices, and Procedures Related to Dispatching:

Familiarity with dispatching principles and practices will help you hit the ground running.

Excellent Grammar and Writing Skills:

Clear, concise communication is critical in this role.

Great Phone Skills:

You'll be interacting with customers and colleagues regularly, so strong phone skills are a must.

Light Sales Experience a Plus:

If you have a background in sales, you'll be well-equipped to handle customer inquiries and upsell opportunities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word):

Familiarity with Microsoft Office will help you manage tasks, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.

Customer Service Skills:

Providing exceptional customer service is at the heart of this role.

Physical Ability to Sit for Long Periods of Time:

You'll be working in a fast-paced office environment, so you'll need to be comfortable sitting for extended periods.

HVAC Office Experience a Plus but Not Required:

While experience in an HVAC office setting is beneficial, it's not essential for this role.

Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a Plus:

Familiarity with these software systems will help you navigate our dispatching and accounting processes.
