Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Career Online Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building long-term relationships with clients through Zoom Virtual Calls
  • Meeting clients where they're most comfortable – their homes
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed solutions to clients

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
