Job Summary
As an arenaflex contractor, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and provide exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer care, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat, and email
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs
- Work collaboratively with our clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Utilize technology, including computer applications and software, to provide efficient and effective customer service
- Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Technology and Equipment Requirements
* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets like iPads, Amazon Fire, Samsung Galaxy Tab, and Chromebooks are NOT permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity (Mobile home internet and Satellite internet service is NOT supported by arenaflex or ANY client)
- Operating system of Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
- Windows Defender Anti-Virus Installed and Active (other versions for AppleOS may be accepted)
- Smart phone needed for daily authentication

Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
