Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for participating in a variety of activities, including:

• Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
• Completing written and oral instructions to ensure a thorough understanding of the discussion topics
• Completing written surveys provided for each panel to provide valuable feedback
• MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss PRIOR to meeting date
• Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time to ensure a smooth and efficient experience

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A smart phone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
• Access to a reliable internet connection
• A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed above
• The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• No experience is required, but you must be able to work independently

Compensation

Your compensation will be based on the type of study and the length of the discussion, with rates ranging from $75 to $150 per hour for single-session studies and $300 to $750 for multi-session studies.
