    • Develop and maintain comprehensive data migration plans, including detailed cutover runbooks, schedules, and rollback procedures.
  • Execution and Oversight:
    • Lead the end-to-end data migration lifecycle: extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, loading, and reconciliation.
    • Oversee data mapping from legacy systems to the new SAP S/4HANA and ECC environment for both master and transactional data.
    • Manage and provide guidance to a team of data migration specialists, functional consultants, and technical resources.
  • Data Quality and Governance:

    • Design and implement automated data validation tools and scripts to accelerate reconciliation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with business data owners, functional leads, and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve data discrepancies.
    • Partner with SAP Security and GRC teams to define access controls and monitor segregation of duties (SoD) related to migration activities.
    • Engage with internal and external audit teams to ensure all migration processes are compliant with standards like SOX and ITGC.
  • Risk and Issue Management:
    • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with data migration and escalate issues to project leadership as needed.
    • Document all migration processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference and knowledge transfer.
  • Cutover Management:
    • Lead cutover readiness reviews and rehearsals to ensure a smooth transition to the new system with minimal business disruption.
    • Manage post-go-live hypercare activities to address any data-related issues.

Required Qualifications

    • Strong proficiency in ETL processes, data warehousing, and advanced SQL querying.
    • Familiarity with data governance and data quality tools like Syniti is a plus.
  • Functional Knowledge:

    • Experience with all stages of the data migration lifecycle, including blueprinting, testing, and validation.
  • Leadership and Communication:
    • Proven leadership ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
