Job Summary
As a Remote Full Time Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for managing inbound calls from new and existing customers, assessing their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You'll also be required to manage your time effectively, engage with customers, and handle data entry tasks. This role offers a unique blend of customer-facing and data entry responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and working with data.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound calls from new and existing customers, assessing their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Position and sell products/services to new and existing customers using a consultative approach
- Assess customer needs and offer the best solution to meet their requirements
- Manage time effectively while engaging with customers and handling data entry tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements
* Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role focused on acquisition and/or retention
- Must live in Florida (excluding Miami or Boca Raton)
- High school diploma/GED
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Smartphone/device with active network connection
- Competitive spirit, persuasion, growth mindset, customer service, dependability, and integrity
