Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate support
  • Documenting customer interactions in internal systems with clear and concise notes

Required Skills and Qualifications
