Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, your duties will include:

• Assisting customers with questions and recommendations to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash registers to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining the security of cash and protecting company assets to prevent loss and theft
• Keeping the store well-stocked and recovering merchandise to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Receiving merchandise and helping with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment by maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Other duties as assigned by management

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment (highly preferred)
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Physical stamina to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
