Key Responsibilities
As an Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
- Creatively problem-solving and providing sound solutions
- Quickly assessing customer needs and providing high-level customer service
- Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
- Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
- Basic typing skills
- Strong customer service and written skills
- Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role

Application and Certification Process

- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement

Program Metrics Requirements

Availability
As an Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. Our clients' call availability will vary, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST, with some clients offering 24/7 call availability.
