Job Summary

As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for scoping requirements, working with clients to integrate our APIs, and deploying our solutions for our largest enterprise customers. You'll join a team of customer engineers and project managers who are passionate about our customers, solutions, and products. Key Responsibilities

- Complete technical onboarding for well-established enterprise retailers and the hottest direct-to-consumer brands - Provide consultative advice to our customers to ensure successful integration with arenaflex's solutions while maximizing product value - Leverage customers' business requirements and product expertise to build technical specifications - Build and validate solutions via tooling and frontend technologies such as APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and Javascript - Partner cross-functionally with both internal and external technical and business stakeholders - Help build a best-in-class international professionals services team via documentation, process improvements by building internal tools, and trainings

What We're Looking For

- 5-10 years of experience working on enterprise-level software projects as a technical lead - Experience working with web technologies such as APIs, HTML, CSS, and Javascript including fundamental coding skills preferably in Javascript or related languages - You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong time management and prioritization skills - Bonus points for experience with iPaas, retail, e-commerce platforms, order management systems, inventory management, WMS, TMS, supply chain, or logistics

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $145,000 USD per year, plus additional components that make up a arenaflex offer, including annual bonus, equity, and benefits.
