What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and scheduling deliveries to meet customer needs and optimize fleet operations
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, drivers, and plant personnel to ensure smooth delivery execution
  • Monitoring delivery progress in real-time and proactively adjusting schedules to maintain service quality
  • Utilizing dispatching software and communication tools to manage orders and logistics efficiently
  • Documenting delivery details, customer interactions, and any service issues with accuracy and professionalism

Work Environment

This role is based in a dispatch office setting with frequent communication via phone, radio, and computer systems. It requires attention to detail, adaptability to changing schedules, and collaboration with both internal teams and external customers.
