What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating and scheduling deliveries to meet customer needs and optimize fleet operations
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, drivers, and plant personnel to ensure smooth delivery execution
- Monitoring delivery progress in real-time and proactively adjusting schedules to maintain service quality
- Utilizing dispatching software and communication tools to manage orders and logistics efficiently
- Documenting delivery details, customer interactions, and any service issues with accuracy and professionalism

Work Environment
