Job Summary
As a Health Care Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to health care practitioners, members, and prospective members. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script
- Answer telephonic and e-mail inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information
- Defer queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them
- Furnish members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits
- Grant pre-authorizations for medical treatment, if covered
- Advise members of outstanding co-payments
- Provide existing and prospective members with details of network providers
Weekly Schedule
* 40-hour workweek
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (8-hour days)
- Flexible scheduling may be required to meet business needs

Pay and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 - $20.00 per hour
