Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team on a fixed-term basis (6 months) with potential for a permanent contract. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels (phone, email, chat) - Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service - Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge - Work a Rotative Shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

- Native / fluent in French (C2) both verbal and written - Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Understanding of customer service principles - Ability to handle technical inquiries - Problem-solving skills - Teamwork and collaboration skills - Organizational skills - Willingness to learn and adapt - Willingness to work a Rotative Shift

Essential Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences - Strong language skills, with a focus on French and English - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a BPO or Outsourcing environment - Knowledge of customer service software and systems - Experience working with diverse customer bases - Certification in customer service or a related field - Fluency in additional languages (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, German)
