Customer Service Representative Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely, responsive, and personalized support through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by resolving issues, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working closely with escalation partners to identify, document, and monitor exceptions to standard processes, with the goal of creating a list of best practices
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including documentation within our systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, communications, marketing, and business

  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using software applications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
