The Role

As a Remote Customer Success Representative, you'll be the friendly face our clients rely on to navigate their insurance benefit options and receive exceptional service. You'll work independently while collaborating with a supportive virtual team, using your strong communication skills and professional, people-first mindset to guide customers through their benefit options and answer questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients via phone, email, text, and Zoom to provide exceptional service and support

  • Guide customers through their benefit options and answer questions in a clear, concise manner
  • Update and manage client information using internal tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide excellent service with a solution-first attitude, always looking for ways to improve the customer experience
  • Work independently while collaborating with a supportive virtual team to achieve shared goals

What You Need to Succeed

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • No prior experience in insurance or customer service required – we provide full training and support from day one
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, people-first mindset
  • Self-motivated and organized with good time management skills
  • Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, email, online tools)
