Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Travel & Customer Experience Specialist, your day-to-day will include:

• Curating unforgettable vacations for leisure and business travelers, taking into account their unique preferences and needs
• Recommending destinations, packages, and personalized itineraries that cater to our clients' interests and budget
• Managing schedules, coordinating travel details, and confirming reservations to ensure seamless travel experiences
• Booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, tours, and excursions that meet our clients' requirements
• Offering helpful insights on weather, customs, local culture, and required travel documents to ensure our clients are well-prepared for their trips
• Troubleshooting and making alternative arrangements as needed to resolve any issues that may arise during the travel process
• Keeping client records organized and up to date to ensure efficient communication and follow-up
