Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and versatile Business Development & Support professional who can also excel in graphic design and email campaigns. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, sales, and customer support. You'll also be tasked with creating engaging visual content, designing email templates, and implementing email campaigns that drive conversions. Responsibilities

As a Business Development & Support professional at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

Business Development

+ Engage leads via chat, email, phone, SMS, social media, and correctly qualify them to close sales + Update leads in our CRM to keep the team informed about their interests + Share opportunities for growth with team leaders + Complete daily tasks assigned to you + Engage in tasks assigned to you in our team boards

Business Support

+ Support our valued clients every step of the way via chat, email, phone, SMS, social media + Assign, update, and label support tickets correctly + Follow standard operating procedures and encourage new opinions on how we do business

Graphic Design and Email Campaigns

+ Transform raw footage into awesome ads, adding audio voiceovers and video editing + Manage and organize raw footage for content creation + Learn to use AI tools like Midjourney to create real, lifelike images + Follow guidelines and examples to craft fantastic advertisements + Design and implement email templates for Klaviyo email campaigns + Collaborate on creating email campaigns, ads, and social media posts + Help create landing pages using an easy drag-and-drop builder tailored to our audience + Make small tweaks on pages to help convert visitors into customers

Tools and Technologies

You'll be working with a range of tools and technologies, including:

• Microsoft Teams & Other Microsoft/Google Products
• Click Up
• Freshsales (CRM) & Freshdesk (Help Desk)
• Intercom (Chat)
• Shopify
• Adobe Creative Cloud
• Figma

Experience and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

• More than 2 years of experience in BPO
• Proficiency with the tools mentioned above (experience is a plus, but not necessary as we have training)
• A pleasant and people-oriented personality
• Backgrounds in sales
