Role Summary
As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to our customers through live chat. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your role will be to ensure that every interaction is a positive one. You will be expected to respond to customer queries with empathy and efficiency, manage live chat, and escalate issues to higher management when necessary.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every interaction is a positive one
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to resolve customer issues

Qualifications
* No experience required, but enthusiasm is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
