Key Responsibilities As a Retail Customer Service Associate II – Returns & Exchange, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Creating a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders, and recording information accurately to inform future improvements to customers' shopping experience. * Meeting customers' needs, solving problems independently, and recognizing when to escalate to a manager. * Building loyalty by ensuring a positive customer journey during the arenaflex shopping experience. * Building emotional connections through meaningful and empathetic interactions with customers. * Providing customers with a simple and efficient handout experience when scheduled in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), and offering and selling services to customers during the handover process when needed. * Providing the customer with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience, while collecting high-quality data for follow-up when scheduled in returns.
