Job Summary

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound, you'll be responsible for managing large volumes of incoming phone calls, identifying and assessing customer needs, and building sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve issues, meet sales targets, and provide accurate information to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries

  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas, driving sales growth and revenue
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and account-related information, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of 12 months sales and customer support experience, with a proven track record of success

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and software, with the ability to navigate and utilize various tools and platforms
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and achieving goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong reading comprehension as well as basic math skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to take on additional tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
