Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization and the first point of contact for many of our customers. You will be responsible for building relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that their needs are met. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating relationships with new and existing customers that lead to loyalty and retention
  • Demonstrating empathy and understanding in interactions with customers
  • Registering, scheduling, taking payments, and problem-solving customer accounts
  • Providing exceptional customer service in person and by phone
  • Encouraging customers to purchase our services and products
  • Working effectively in a team environment to support achievement of sales goals
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set by the company
  • Handling customer concerns, providing solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Recommending additional services to customers based on their needs
  • Maintaining a clean and safe facility at all times
  • Boosting morale and helping to maintain a positive work environment
  • Restocking and cleaning all restrooms and shower/changing areas
  • Understanding and showcasing knowledge of our programs and facilities
  • Assisting with time-sensitive projects by deadlines given
  • Providing effective rebuttals to customers who are looking to release their lesson schedule
  • Staying up to date and passing all continual training by the deadlines provided

General Qualifications

* Must be at least 17 years old

  • Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Able to exhibit a strong passion for helping others
  • Possess a strong background in customer service
  • Proficient in typing; at least 40 WPM
  • Ability to "close the deal" and acquire new customers
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Open to coaching and training to increase customer acquisition performance
  • Must have strong communication skills in person and over the phone
  • Must be able to showcase the ability to actively listen
  • Must have the ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities
  • Must always remain professional and courteous with customers

Weekends Required

We require our Customer Service Representatives to work weekends, as this is a critical time for customer interactions. We understand that this may require some flexibility, but we're confident that our team members will be able to adapt and thrive in this environment.
