Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as a Mobile Email Chat Support Agent. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers via mobile email and chat channels. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Mobile Email Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues via mobile email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve customer issues
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and resolutions for future reference
  • Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and procedures
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert support to customers
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with mobile email and chat platforms a plus
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
