Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as a Mobile Email Chat Support Agent. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers via mobile email and chat channels. Responsibilities

As a Mobile Email Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and issues via mobile email and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve customer issues
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Documenting customer interactions and resolutions for future reference
• Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and procedures
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert support to customers
• Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Experience with mobile email and chat platforms a plus
• Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
