Key Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
• Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
• Providing a high-level of customer service, including empathy and patience with difficult callers

• Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the number of calls you complete. Our programs offer varying pay structures, including performance-based pay and other incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need to complete the following steps:

• Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background and credit check
• Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
• Complete a W9 form
• Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details and will be communicated to you prior to starting work.

Availability

Our clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST, with some clients offering 24/7 call availability.
