Title: Operations Manager Location: Remote (U.S.-based required) Type: Full-Time  Salary: $44,000 / year

From spine-tingling walking tours to overnight stays in some of the country’s most historic properties, we create immersive experiences that stay with people long after the sun comes up. With hundreds of cities in our portfolio, we’re growing at a supernatural pace, and we need an Operations Manager who can sustain our momentum while keeping our logistics grounded.

Where You Make Your Mark

• Master the logistics of 50+ cities by owning the schedules and staffing that keep our tours running smoothly every night of the week.
• Train and onboard our boots-on-the-ground tour guides to ensure they are fully prepared with the resources and direct feedback they need to succeed.
• Drive growth through availability by constantly monitoring and fine-tuning tour schedules to capture every guest opportunity and maximize our national reach.
• Act as the ultimate behind-the-scenes fixer, resolving scheduling conflicts, managing customer inquiries and refunds, and vetting the guest experience to ensure our standards are upheld across every city we haunt.

• You bring proven operational grit from a background in hospitality or logistics and have a knack for managing moving parts across multiple time zones without breaking a sweat.
