We’re hiring a Solutions Engineer to drive technical excellence throughout the sales process and help customers understand the full value of Axur’s external cybersecurity platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong cybersecurity knowledge who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer interaction and strategic thinking. You’ll be part of a global revenue team, working closely with sales representatives, partners, and customers to design solutions, lead technical evaluations, and support the expansion of Axur’s presence in key markets. This is a remote position for candidates based in Bogotá, Colombia, with occasional travel for events and customer engagements. Our selection process is 100% online and inclusive. A typical workday might include

  • Evangelizing Axur’s product offerings during national and international trade shows and key customer meetings to promote new and expanded business;
  • Partnering with sales representatives to identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts;
  • Leading the technical evaluation stage of sales opportunities through proof of concepts (PoCs), either directly with customers or via channel partners;
  • Presenting Axur’s vision and technical capabilities to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders;
  • Providing technical guidance throughout the Discovery, Solution Evaluation, and Solution Proposal stages of the sales cycle;
  • Delivering live product demonstrations and presentations during marketing and industry events;
  • Supporting demonstration booths at Axur-sponsored or partner events and ensuring high-quality technical presentations;
  • Gathering feedback from customers and partners and sharing insights with Product Management to improve product adoption and market fit;
  • Building best practices and sharing technical knowledge to strengthen the Solutions Engineering team;
  • Working with Sales leadership to identify learning and development opportunities for the local team and channel partners;
  • Customizing and updating Axur presentations to address specific customer needs;
  • Supporting partners during customer engagements as a trusted technical advisor;
  • Ensuring channel partners maintain strong product knowledge across Axur’s solutions;
  • Leading onboarding for new partners and monitoring knowledge KPIs for existing channels.
