As a Generative AI Specialist, you will work in teams providing smart solution and addressing problems in a commercial technology and consultancy development environment. In this role, you will contribute to the development and deployment of modern generative AI models, techniques and operational research to leverage the power of data to solve complex problems and push the boundaries of what is possible in the ever-evolving tech landscape. As a Lead Generative AI Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing of generative AI models, including but not limited to LLMs, VLMs, GANs and Multimodal LLMs.

  • Conducting and driving forward innovative research in the field of generative AI, leading the team in exploring new methodologies and technologies.

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new generative models into existing AI systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimizing performance.

  • Developing and testing software components according to customer and technical requirements.

  • Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations on the impact of generative AI initiatives on the business.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Master's degree in computer science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a specialization in generative models and proven experience in the development and deployment of generative AI models.

  • PhD is preferred

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different disciplines.

  • Proven experience in software programming languages, with a focus on Python, including AI libraries eg PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformer architecture.

  • Demonstrated skill at function in a team setting

  • Demonstrated awareness of critical thinking and problem solving methods

  • Demonstrated awareness of presentation and influencing skills

  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems through innovation and creative solutions.

  • Natural communication skills, with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Self-motivation that promotes teamwork and collaboration in a cross-functional environment.
