Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting existing and prospective clients within our organization. You will work closely with multiple clients throughout the day, providing outstanding service, product knowledge, and support to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust to new situations and technologies - Strong work ethic and drive to succeed - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Ability to work in a virtual environment with minimal supervision
