Responsibilities

As a Weekend Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls and scheduling HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service, maintenance, and sales calls.
• Following scripting while prioritizing call types for maximum efficiency and success.
• Being detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Setting up customers and scheduling service calls.
• Answering inbound calls for sales as a backup to sales coordinators.
• Helping with outbound calls and other duties as assigned when needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2-3 years of HVAC/plumbing customer service experience (desired).
• Several years of HVAC customer service experience (helpful, but not necessary).
• A strong understanding of the Twin Cities marketplace (helpful).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask under pressure.
• Good written and verbal skills.
• Good computer skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Job Type and Compensation

This is a part-time position, with a competitive hourly rate of $19.00-$21.00 per hour, plus weekly spiffs. As a member of our team, you will also have access to our comprehensive benefits package, including training and development opportunities.
